A Chat Box Enables Users To Have Live Chat As Well As Posts. It Makes It Easier To Talk To People Instead Of Waiting Around For Them To Post Back.

That's not a bad idea, but a lot of the users are spread out over the time zones.

We have indeed but as Renshi said the time zones do not matter if say i connected in Scotland at 5pm GMT and someone in Nice in France connected at 4pm EST We would still be able to talk and it would not have an effect on the chat :-D
